DO NOT run around inside the gated area

DO NOT touch anything unless you are allowed/told to

DO NOT run on the course

Always stay on your feet

ONE person allowed on the zipline at a time

ONE person allowed on each obstacle at a time
-
DO NOT run or swing up or down the stairs
-
NO cell phones on attraction
-
Read all signs and stickers before participating
-
Empty pockets
-
Closed toe and heel shoes required
-
Maximum weight is 300lbs
-
May not participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-
DO NOT enter course until staff member allows you in

NO unsupervised children
-
DO NOT climb on course without being clipped in

DO NOT enter course until staff member allows you in

CUSTOMER RULES @ ROCK CLIMBING WALLS
-
DO NOT climb without being properly clipped in by a staff member
-
Make sure to stand out of customers’ way when they are climbing/coming off the wall
-
ONE person allowed on each rock wall at a time
-
DO NOT stand directly under the rock wall or on the purple padding→ remain an appropriate distance away from rock wall
-
DO NOT pull on the rope
-
DO NOT cross paths with another customer that is climbing a different rock wall
-
DO NOT leave your designated rock wall when clipped in
-
When coming down, grab the rope and kick off of the wall and keep your feet out as you descend

MUST have a walkie at all times ready to use

Managers will have sanitizer for employee use at all times
-
MUST have a mask on at all times and a face shield on when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT
-
White “X” marks where employees should stand
-
In case of an injury, call a manager right away, especially when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT
-
Make sure customers are maintaining social distancing and following all rules
-
Follow all harnessing hygiene guidelines before and after each use
