Team Member Rules at Trampolines

Customer Rules at Slam Dunk Basketball:

  • One jumper at a time per basketball lane.

  • Make sure the previous jumper is completely off the trampoline before the next person begins.

  • No hanging on the rims.

  • No flips (Jumpers cannot use the basketball lane like a tumble track to do flips on)

  • Keep balls from traveling across the different lanes.

  • Do not allow customers to kick the ball.

  • One ball per lane.

  • No climbing on the pads

  • If a ball gets stuck on the back board please call a manger to retrieve it.

Customer Rules at Main Jumping Court:

  • Do not allow running.

  • Do not allow more than 1 person on each trampoline at a time.

When 2 or more people are jumping on one trampoline, there is a rebound effect that causes one of the jumpers to land on the trampoline when there is no “give”. This is called double jumping. Double jumping feels like landing on concrete and can cause serious injury.

  • No more than too many jumpers are allowed on Main Court at a time to allow social distancing guidelines. Rotate the crowd every 2-3 minutes, based on how busy we are.

  • All flips must be done in the corners. Do not allow someone to do a flip if they do not know how to land it, or if it looks dangerous. THERE ARE NO BACKFLIPS ALLOWED IN THIS FACILITY!

  • Absolutely no flips are allowed to be done over pads.

Customer Rules at Dodgeball:

  • NO flips allowed

  • NO running 

  • NO headshots 

  • NO kicking the ball 

  • NO climbing 

  • NO landing on the pads 

  • NO glasses 

  • While customers are waiting on line they MUST maintain social distance of at least 6FT

  • Maximum of 5v5 games at a time

  • MUST have Bounce! socks on in order to play

Team Member Rules at Slam Dunk Basketball:

  • MUST have a walkie at all times ready to use

  • Offering multiple breaks to wash hands as often as possible 

  • Managers will have sanitizer for employee use at all times

  • MUST have a mask on at all times and a face shield on when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT

  • White “X” marks where employees should stand 

  • In case of an injury, call a manager right away, especially when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT

  • Make sure customers are maintaining social distancing and following all rules

  • Rotate balls every hour for cleaning/ when necessary

  • MUST have a walkie at all times ready to use

  • Offering multiple breaks to wash hands as often as possible 

  • Managers will have sanitizer for employee use at all times

  • MUST have a mask on at all times and a face shield on when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT

  • White “X” marks where employees should stand 

  • In case of an injury, call a manager right away, especially when you cannot maintain social distance of at least 6FT

  • Make sure customers are maintaining social distancing and following all rules

  • Make sure to maintain social distancing with employees as there will be multiple staff in the area

  • MUST have a whistle in order to referee games
