Always restock & clean during downtime

Always check big bills with counterfeit pen
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST RECEIVE A RECEIPT
Clock out all tips (cash & credit)
A Manager must check the bar before you leave (when closing)
BARTENDERS MUST HAVE A WALKIE ON AT ALL TIMES
CREDIT CARDS MUST BE HELD FOR ALL OPEN TABS
